News/Updates regarding Vehicle DealersDealer Overnight Change
EFFECTIVE November 3, 2022 As the Division continues to review dealer paperwork processing, we have an update regarding processing overnight folders. Dealerships may submit a piece as an overnight that was delayed for more than 60 days by a lien holder. Please make sure to validate that the lien was released within the last 15 days and that the bill of sale is over 60 days. If it fails the validation, it must be resubmitted as a drop. You may add these transactions to overnights or retain folders. Overnights will still be limited to two pieces and five pieces for the retain folder.
