News/Updates regarding Vehicle DealersNew Legislation on Inspection.
New legislation now exempts the seven (7) newest model years from inspection. Contact Dealer Services at 302-857-4665 for more information. The MV60, (dealer's report of transfer), is available to submit on-line and processed daily by the Dover dealer department. MV60 is required by all Delaware Dealers to submit with-in 24hours when taking possession of the vehicle. DMV will be implementing "NEW" hard stops in order to ensure the form is filled out completely for quick processing. Click the following link to open the MV216 Form.
