News/Updates regarding Vehicle DealersMV213 form change/Duplicate title/SOS
The form MV213 has been modified for processing a Duplicate title and a sold out of state for retaining a tag. Mileage is not required on these transactions. A Duplicate title must be printed prior to any changes to the Delaware title. This would be a $50.00 duplicate title fee and all other applicable fees that may apply.
